By proceeding with enrollment, registration, or use of our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"Institute"
Refers to Prantik Institute of Skill Development and Technical Education, its affiliates, and authorized centers.
"Student"
Any individual enrolled in any course or program offered by the Institute.
"Services"
All educational programs, courses, training, certification, and related services provided by the Institute.
"Website"
The official website of Prantik Institute (pisdte.in) and all associated subdomains.
"Content"
All educational materials, course content, study materials, and digital resources provided by the Institute.

3. Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To enroll in our courses, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Meet the minimum educational qualifications specified for each course
  • Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration
  • Be at least 16 years of age (parental consent required for minors)
  • Agree to abide by the Institute's code of conduct
3.2 Registration Process

The enrollment process involves:

  • Admission is subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria
  • Providing false information may lead to immediate termination
  • The Institute reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reason

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Fee Structure

All course fees are clearly communicated during the enrollment process and are subject to change with prior notice.

4.3 Refund Policy

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

5. Academic Policies

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Students must maintain minimum attendance as specified for each course:

  • Regular Courses: 75% minimum attendance
  • Diploma Programs: 80% minimum attendance
  • Certification Courses: 70% minimum attendance
5.2 Examination Rules
Examination Conduct
  • Students must carry valid ID cards to examination centers
  • Electronic devices are strictly prohibited in examination halls
  • Malpractice will result in immediate disqualification
  • Results are final and binding
5.3 Certification

Certificates are awarded based on:

  • Successful completion of course requirements
  • Minimum passing marks in examinations
  • Clearance of all dues
  • Good standing with the Institute

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain high standards of behavior and integrity:

Prohibited Actions
  • Plagiarism and cheating
  • Harassment of any kind
  • Damage to property
  • Unauthorized access
Disciplinary Action

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action including warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the Institute, depending on the severity of the offense.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Institute's Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by the Institute are protected by intellectual property laws:

  • Course materials and study content
  • Software and digital platforms
  • Brand names and logos
  • Certification designs and templates
7.2 Usage Restrictions

Students are granted limited license to use Institute materials for personal educational purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited:

8. Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. The Institute may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational requirements.

8.2 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services that may be linked from our platform.

9. Termination of Services

9.1 By Student

Students may request termination of services by submitting a written application. Refund eligibility will be determined as per Section 4.3.

9.2 By Institute

The Institute may terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Academic misconduct
  • Behavioral issues
  • Legal requirements

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the following process:

  1. Informal negotiation between parties
  2. Mediation through mutually agreed mediator
  3. Arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws
  4. Legal proceedings in courts of West Bengal

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Notification of Changes

We will notify registered users of material changes via email and website announcements. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
