How to Verify Your Certificate
Locate Your Certificate ID
Find the unique Certificate ID printed on your certificate. It typically starts with "PISDTE" followed by numbers.
Enter Required Information
Fill in the Certificate ID, your full name as printed on the certificate, and the course name.
Verify Authenticity
Click the "Verify Certificate" button to check the authenticity of your certificate in our database.
View Results
If your certificate is valid, you'll see detailed information about your certification. If not, you'll receive an error message.
Frequently Asked Questions
There could be several reasons why your certificate is not verifying:
- You may have entered incorrect information (Certificate ID, Name, or Course)
- Your certificate may not yet be processed in our system
- There might be a typo in the information you entered
- The certificate might be too old (issued before our digital verification system)

Certificates are typically added to our verification system within 7-10 working days after the completion of your course and all requirements. If it has been longer than this period, please contact our administration department.
Yes, employers can use this system to verify the authenticity of certificates issued by Prantik Institute. They will need the Certificate ID and the student's name to perform the verification. For additional verification needs, employers can contact our verification department directly.
If you've lost your certificate, please contact our administration department with the following information:
- Your full name
- Course name and completion date
- Any other relevant details
